The 10th annual Musical Olympus Festival gala concert took place at the Carnegie hall in New York on October 20, 2016.
Maxim Lando, pianist from the USA became a winner of the Audience Award – a golden Easter Egg, artwork of the Russian jeweler Vladimir Mikhailov

The 21st International Musical Olympus Festival has finished in St. Petersburg on June 3, 2016. Five concerts of the Festival took place, in the Grand Hall of the St. Petersburg Philharmonie, the St. Petersburg Academic Cappella, the Hermitage Theatre and the Mariinsky Theatre Concert Hall. 21 musician form 12 countries of the world have participated in the Festival.
The Festival’s Audience award had been awarded to a Russian pianist Alexander Yakovlev.
Three episodes of the Enigma cycle had been aired by the TV Cultura. The programs featured interviews made by Irina Nikitina with three outstanding musicians: Dmitry Alexeev, Mariss Jansons and Christian Thielemann.

On March 2, the Musical Olympus Festival gala concert took place at the Berlin Philharmonie and was great success. The performance featured Russian pianist Ilya Maximov, percussionist from Italy Simone Rubino, Ukrainian violinist Alexey Semenenko and Korean soprano Seyoung Park. Vasilisa Berzhanskaya, a singer from Russia that had been also announced in the program unfortunately could not come to Berlin.
As always at the Musical Olympus concerts the audience voted on their favorite artist and Simone Rubino received the ‘Audience Favorite Award’ for his incredible performance of works by A. Gerassimez, B. Hamilton and I. Xenakis for solo snare drum, vibraphone and percussions.
